Cypress Coast Investigations specializes in both private investigations and civil process serving.
Owner John DiCarlo is a California licensed Private Investigator, license number PI 26343, and a Registered Process Server, Monterey County registration number 33. He has over 30 years of law enforcement experience. He is a retired Monterey County Sheriff’s sergeant, with over 28 years of dedicated service. Following his law enforcement career, John worked as a background investigator for the sheriff's department. John is also a U.S. Army veteran, having honorably served three years in the Military Police Corps.
John’s assignments with the Sheriff’s Department have included patrol operations, training officer, special enforcement and coroner investigations, and he has served as a patrol supervisor. In addition to the above duties, John devoted over 25 years to search and rescue operations, including mountain rescue and water-related rescues.
John brings his experience and knowledge of law enforcement and the military to assist you with your private-investigative and process-serving needs.
